PRODUCT CARE

All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, however, handwashing is ideal. 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. I do my best to photograph each piece so that you know exactly what you're getting. Please review listings carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece you're eyeing, shoot me a message! Each piece is one-of-kind and will have slight artistic variations. Unique imperfections are natural and embraced. I truly hope that you enjoy your purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo of any damaged items, with the packaging it arrived in, and email to meganbrownceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

SHIPPING POLICIES

    • SHIPPING RATES

      • Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS, whichever you have chosen. Shipping costs are determined by weight, delivery time, and location and automatically calculate at checkout. Orders of multiple items ship together in one box. Orders over $99 ship free to the US.

      • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot claim responsibility for delays due to customs.

      • FREE LOCAL PICKUP: Are you in or around Sonoma County/North Bay and you want to avoid shipping fees? Email us at meganbrownceramics@gmail.com for information on free local pickup from my studio.

    • INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES - We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We will ship to the address you provide and we cannot provide refunds for this reason. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchasing. 

    • LOST PACKAGES - Once we send out your order, it is in the hands of the servicer of your choosing. Please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to get more information on the location of your package or to file a claim.
